This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a domiciliary care branch, ensuring the highest levels of compliance, quality, and client satisfaction while contributing to the strategic growth of a respected and expanding care provider.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the branch. You will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with CQC regulations and Nurseplus’ high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager.

Lead, inspire, and develop a team of care professionals and office staff.

Oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.

Drive business growth through effective relationship management and local business development.

Manage branch performance, budgets, and financial targets.

Maintain excellent relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.

Implement robust recruitment, training, and retention strategies.

Monitor quality assurance, safeguarding, and risk management processes.

Uphold and promote Nurseplus’ values and standards at all times.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader with a strong background in domiciliary care.

Essential and Desirable Requirements:

Proven experience within domiciliary care, with a strong understanding of regulatory and operational standards.

Previous experience as a Registered Manager is desirable; however, applications are welcomed from experienced Deputy Managers or Senior Care Coordinators ready to take the next step in their careers.

Strong knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and compliance standards.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and achieving growth targets.

Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.

Full UK driving licence.
