Registered Manager – Nurseplus
Location: Andover Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Full-Time
Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for people, quality care, and making every day count? Nurseplus is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Registered Manager to lead our Andover service and help us continue to grow, shine, and deliver outstanding care to our community.
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You’ll be at the heart of our service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, care is delivered to the highest standard, and our team feel supported, valued, and inspired.
You’ll:
Lead, motivate and support an incredible care and office team
Ensure we continue to meet (and exceed!) CQC standards
Champion safe, person-centred, high-quality care
Build brilliant relationships with clients, families, and key partners
Help grow and develop the service and shape its future
Support recruitment, training, and ongoing staff development
Keep an eye on performance, budgets, and operational success
Who We’re Looking For
