About Our Home
Our Blackley home is a freshly decorated end-terrace on a quiet residential street. Its a peaceful, welcoming space with a large garden where were currently planning a new vegetable patch with the young people.
We believe in keeping life active, led by the interests of the children in our care. Whether its DJ lessons, horse riding, or guitar practice, we do whatever it takes to help them find their passion. We even take our residents on UK and overseas holidays to create memories that last a lifetime. Were looking for a Registered Manager who can build this same warmth and vibrancy to our new Bury service as it opens.
What you'll be doing
Youll be joining a settled, experienced team including a Deputy, Seniors, and RSWs. Your role is to nurture this team and guide them through the transition of welcoming a new young person into our Blackley home following our last successful placement.
