The Role You will provide visible, high-energy leadership within the home, ensuring strong on-site presence during key therapeutic and high-demand periods.

While there is flexibility to manage administrative tasks remotely when planned, this is a leadership role that prioritises presence, engagement and relationship-building within the service. xehkeey

What Were Looking For ? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Essential) ? Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Childrens Residential ? Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations ? Therapeutic-led approach to leadership ?
