We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a new domiciliary care service within a well-established homecare brand in the Twyford area. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a start-up branch, with the backing of an established brand and support network.
What’s on offer:
£38,000-£45,000. Flexitime. 33 days’ annual leave. Bonus scheme linked to service growth. Support from an experienced Area Manager. Registered Manager Responsibilities:
Establishing and launching a new domiciliary care service, creating strong operational and cultural foundations. Driving business development to secure privately funded and local authority packages from the outset. Recruiting, developing and retaining a high-performing care and office team. Providing support in delivering mandatory training and ongoing development for care staff. Building a strong local presence through networking and developing referral pathways with key stakeholders. Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care delivery aligned with full regulatory compliance and CQC readiness. Embedding robust systems, processes and KPIs to support sustainable growth and performance. Managing budgets and driving the commercial performance of the branch. Registered Manager Requirements:
