We are seeking an experienced and values-led Registered Manager to take the lead in opening a brand-new childrens home in Potters Bar. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to help build a home from the ground up, starting with one young person and growing to support up to four as a multi site childrens home. You will play a central role in developing a safe, nurturing and high-quality environment where children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs feel secure, valued and supported. Your leadership will help shape the culture of the home, ensuring that care is personalised, consistent and delivered to the highest standards.
