Registered Manager - Adults Residential & Supported Living\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Manager to take full operational leadership of Adults Residential & Supported Living Services across the Coventry region. This is a senior role with responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care in line with each individuals care plan, company policies, and regulatory requirements.\n\nYou will play a pivotal role in leading the team, driving improvement, and creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for individuals with complex and challenging needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Provide effective leadership, supervision, and management of all staff including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers.\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance, Quality Standards, and CQC requirements.\n\n * \n\n Oversee care planning, risk assessments, progress reviews, and referrals.\n\n * \n\n Monitor and enhance home performance using quality assurance systems and stakeholder feedback.\n\n * \n\n Build and maintain strong working relationships with external agencies and local authorities.\n\n * \n\n Manage staff rotas, resources, and provide on-call support as required.\n\n * \n\n Drive staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring.\n\n * \n\n Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and the emotional well-being of all residents.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in a relevant care setting (essential).\n\n * \n\n Ideally 3 years proven experience managing residential and supported livining services for complex needs.\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills.\n\n * \n\n A genuine commitment to continuous improvement, safeguarding, and person-centred care.\n\nIf you are an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge, and you are passionate about providing outstanding care that meets the individual needs of service users, we would love to hear from you.\n\nApply today via the link provided, and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail
