Previous experience within residential childcare settings Experience supervising or managing care teams Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare Proven track record of achieving strong Ofsted outcomes Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
