Ensuring the service is fully compliant and CQC-ready (always!)
Delivering safe, high-quality care to our clients
Managing day-to-day operations with confidence and clarity
Building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
Driving continuous improvement and celebrating success
What We’re Looking For
A Registered Manager (or experienced Deputy ready to step up)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
A natural leader who motivates, supports, and develops others
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
