Registered Manager – Nurseplus

Location: Andover Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Full-Time

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You’ll be at the heart of our service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, care is delivered to the highest standard, and our team feel supported, valued, and inspired.

You’ll:

Lead, motivate and support an incredible care and office team

Ensure we continue to meet (and exceed!) CQC standards

Champion safe, person-centred, high-quality care

Build brilliant relationships with clients, families, and key partners

Help grow and develop the service and shape its future

Support recruitment, training, and ongoing staff development

Keep an eye on performance, budgets, and operational success

Who We’re Looking For

You’re the kind of person who:

Has experience as a Registered Manager (or is ready to take that next big step)

Knows CQC regulations and what great care truly looks like

Loves leading people and building a positive, supportive culture

Is organised, proactive, and commercially aware

Builds relationships with ease and communicates brilliantly

Ideally holds (or is working towards) NVQ Level 5 / Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
