Are you ready to lead with purpose as a Registered Manager? Our client, a well-established care provider, is seeking an inspirational leader to take charge of a residential elderly care home.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, along with a generous refer-a-friend scheme and clear pathways for career progression. You'll also benefit from fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, ensuring you have the support to develop your leadership skills further.

What we are looking for:
The right to work in the UK, with at least 12 months remaining. Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care Management. minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting. Strong knowledge of adult social care legislation and CQC frameworks.
