Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 Depending on Experience (and qualifications)

We’re seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to take the reins of a well-located dual-registration home supporting children with mild to moderate Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties.

Who we’re looking for:

• An experienced Registered Manager ready for a fresh challenge OR
• A very seasoned Deputy Manager ready to step up into their first RM position
• Someone who can inspire staff, deliver high-quality care, and maintain great relationships with Ofsted and local authorities
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of achieving positive outcomes for children

The package:

• £50,000 – £70,000 DOE plus a tailored bonus package
• Supportive senior management team
