Responsibilities as a Registered Manager: Ensuring CQC Regulatory Compliance and Safety Leading Quality Person-Centred Care Financial & Budgetary Management Managing Staff, Culture, and Operations Requirements as a Registered Manager: Previous home management experience within a care home NVQ Level 5 (desirable)
