While there is flexibility to manage administrative tasks remotely when planned, this is a leadership role that prioritises presence, engagement and relationship-building within the service.Flexibility is supported but hands-on leadership comes first.What Were Looking For? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Preferred)? Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Childrens Residential? Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations? Therapeutic-led approach to leadership?
