About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to lead a specialist service for working age adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This role focuses on delivering high?quality, person?centred care while ensuring the home operates safely, compliantly, and effectively. You will oversee day?to?day operations, support staff performance, and ensure residents receive exceptional support that enhances independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the staff team, promoting strong performance, communication, and development. Oversee the creation and ongoing review of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs. Ensure full compliance with health and social care regulations, standards, and policies. Manage safe and legal medication administration processes.
