Cityworx is recruiting on behalf of an established domiciliary care provider seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager to take full responsibility for a stable and high performing service delivering approximately 2,500 hours of care per week.\nThis is a genuine opportunity to take over a stable business with secure local authority contracts, an established staff team, and supportive owners who are keen to expand into complex care with the right long-term individual in place.\nKey responsibilities include:\n * Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service\n * Maintaining full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and CQC standards\n * Ensuring the service remains inspection ready at all times\n * Providing strong leadership and day-to-day management of care and office teams\n * Creating a positive, accountable, and supportive working culture\n * Overseeing person-centred care planning and regular reviews\n * Ensuring high standards of quality, safeguarding, and risk management\n * Leading audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activity\n * Managing safeguarding, infection control, and health and safety processes\n * Building effective relationships with local authorities, commissioners, families, and professionals\n * Supporting service growth and development, including expansion into complex care\n * Contributing to marketing, business development, and pricing at agreed levels\n * Monitoring performance against KPIs and service targets\n * Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota as required\nTo be considered, you will:\n * Be an experienced Registered Manager with CQC registration history\n * Have a background in domiciliary care and/or supported living\n * Be confident managing an established service with high care hours\n * Be commercially aware while remaining quality and values driven\n * Be looking for a stable, long-term role with scope to shape future growth\nThis role would suit a Registered Manager who wants autonomy, stability, and the opportunity to develop complex care services within an established organisation that values professional judgement.\nIf you feel you meet the criteria and are looking for your next challenge, apply online today or contact Cityworx for further details
