We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a residential childrens home and drive high-quality, nurturing support. This role suits an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up. You will create a safe, family-style environment where young people can thrive, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and Childrens Homes Regulations while leading and developing a committed care team. Ensure compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards

Deliver high-quality, child-centred care and positive outcomes

Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and care planning

Manage budgets, rotas, recruitment, and staff performance

Support and mentor staff through supervision and appraisal

Promote education, activities, and young peoples participation

Drive service improvement and maintain robust record-keeping
