Your responsibilities as Registered Manager

Lead and develop a residential team to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Create a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people
Maintain safeguarding standards and regulatory compliance
Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections with confidence
Drive positive outcomes in education, behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Build a culture that supports stability and long-term progress
What we’re looking for in a Registered Manager

Previous experience within residential childcare settings
Experience supervising or managing care teams
Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
Proven track record of achieving strong Ofsted outcomes
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
