Registered Manager Childrens Residential (EBD) | Midlands (Multiple Locations)
About the Role We are currently recruiting for a experienced Registered Managers to support the launch and development of childrens residential homes across the Midlands.
These roles are suited to a Registered Manager with a proven track record in managing EBD homes and a strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks.
Opportunities are available across:
Nottingham (NG5 2-bed EBD, new service)
Derby (new home opening, Ofsted registration stage)
Sutton Coldfield (3-bed EBD home)
Essential Requirements for Registered Manager Role To be considered for these positions, you must meet the following criteria:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Childrens Residential) ESSENTIAL
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a childrens residential EBD setting
Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations, inspections, and registration processes
Experience managing or supporting Ofsted registration is highly desirable
Applications that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
Role Responsibilities As a Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a childrens residential service
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations
Support Ofsted registration and inspections where required
Build, develop and lead your staff team
Deliver high-quality, child-centred care within an EBD setting
Contribute to the development of systems, processes, and service culture
Salary & Benefits £45,000 £60,000 DOE
