We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people with learning disabilities.
The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.
Requirements:

Management experience within young people’s residential services
*
RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
*
Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010
*
Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
