An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to take the lead in a brand-new children's residential home in Coventry. This is a chance to shape a service from the ground up - one that provides exceptional, nurturing care for two young people with learning disabilities and emotional/behavioural needs. We're looking for someone who can: Bring a deep understanding of Ofsted requirements and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance Recruit, motivate, and manage a dedicated staff team to deliver therapeutic, child-centred support Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external professionals to secure the best possible outcomes for children Take real ownership - leading with integrity, compassion, and a focus on quality
