Ensure full and accurate reporting of management information, maximising quality and compliance. About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have plenty of experience working with those with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours Be an experienced Service Manager looking for a new challenge – with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services. Have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care – support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available. Bring strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Be confident, flexible and efficient – you're happy to work on a shift basis and, where required, be on call.
