Registered Manager – Children’s Residential (EBD) | Swindon , Wiltshire.( On-site)
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 + performance bonuses
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a well-established children’s residential home supporting young people with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties).
The home is currently rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and has a clear pathway toward ‘Outstanding’.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up into a stable, well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a residential care team
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted & Children’s Homes Regulations (2015)
Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and quality standards
Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, rotas, and budgets
Work collaboratively with families and external professionals
Requirements
Experience in a children’s residential home (EBD essential)
Previous Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager experience
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
