What Youll Gain £39,500 basic salary 10% performance bonus (OTE £43,450) Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Hybrid working model, home based with occasional centre attendance 25 days annual leave rising to 27 with service, plus option to buy more Paid NMC, HCPC or GMC revalidation and registration fees Company laptop and phone Matched pension, life assurance and wellbeing support Clear internal progression pathways What Youll Be Doing Conduct holistic assessments via phone, video and face to face appointments Explore how health conditions affect daily living and functional ability Produce up to three detailed clinical reports per day Apply your clinical judgement in a structured, non acute setting Work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team Benefit from protected admin time, CPD opportunities and regular breaks What Were Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic or Doctor Fully registered with NMC, HCPC or GMC Minimum one year post registration experience Strong communication and good IT skills Full right to work in the UK - No sponsorship offered Ability to attend your local assessment centre when required Opportunities available across theNorthern Ireland.
