Salary: £26.00 - £29.00 per hour + excellent benefits
Hero Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of our partnered care providers for experienced Bank Nurses to provide flexible support in a brand-new care home opening soon in the Woking area.
✨ About the Role
As a Bank Nurse, you’ll deliver high-quality clinical care to residents on a flexible, bank basis. You’ll support the team in maintaining safe, person-centred care and be an integral part of creating a welcoming, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Administering medication and clinical interventions safely
• Supporting residents with nursing and daily care needs
• Monitoring and recording health conditions
• Providing guidance and support to care staff
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and clinical standards
About You
• Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active registration
• Experience in residential or care home settings desirable
• Reliable, compassionate, and flexible
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
