supportive multidisciplinary team , helping to deliver high-quality, safe and efficient surgical care. Our

providing attentive, compassionate care and building meaningful patient relationships. This is an exciting time to join KIMS Hospital. With the launch of new services and growing patient demand, you will have the opportunity to be part of a

dynamic and expanding surgical service , delivering exceptional care across the

entire patient journey - from admission through to discharge . This role is for 40 hours per week working 3 days per week between the hours of 07:00 - 20:30 or 20:00 - 07:30 Monday to Sunday. Role Responsibilities As Registered Nurse you will: Always demonstrate good clinical practice and be accountable for own actions, working within the NMC code of conduct. Assess, plan, and deliver care, based on individual patient needs, across both inpatients and day surgery patients. Act as role model, promoting a learning environment. Maintain accurate records of patient care. Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality. Person Specification Essential Be a qualified Adult Nurse with current NMC PIN Have post-registration clinical experience. Be confident in building relationships with the ability to easily engage with others including consultants, colleagues and patients. Have knowledge of clinical governance and its application. Have good verbal and written communication skills. Desirable Hold a Post Graduate course in the relevant specialty. Have experience in Medicine, surgery, orthopaedic or cardiac nursing. Have Knowledge of BADS (British Association of Day Surgery).
