Registered Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the care team supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive, person-centred environment, promoting independence and respecting the dignity of every resident.

Working closely with other nursing staff, as a Registered Nurse you will assist with residents day-to-day care needs and contribute to the smooth running of the home, ensuring care services are delivered consistently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with residents individual needs and care plans

  • Work collaboratively with other nurses and care staff to maintain high-quality standards

  • Support residents in their daily activities while promoting independence and dignity

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NMC and regulatory standards

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff

Skills and Attributes
  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills

  • A full UK Driving Licence is desirable

  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Qualifications
  • Current NMC registration

  • Relevant post-registration nursing experience
