The Role As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care. Working closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will support residents physical and emotional wellbeing while ensuring care is delivered with dignity and respect at all times.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, safe nursing care in line with individual care plans.

Maintain accurate and person-centred documentation.

Adhere to all organisational policies, including safeguarding, health & safety, and NMC standards.

Support, guide, and work collaboratively with colleagues and new team members.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.

Skills & Attributes Previous experience as a Registered Nurse

Strong clinical knowledge and competence within the role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A compassionate and professional approach to care delivery

Education & Qualifications NMC registered nurse

Relevant post-registration experience
