Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a Registered Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a reputable nursing home. Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and clinical oversight to nursing and care teams
Ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding
Manage staffing, budgets, training, and day-to-day operations
Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
Drive continuous improvement in care delivery and resident outcomes
Requirements:

Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) – Essential
Proven experience managing a nursing home – Minimum 3 years preferred
Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in elderly care
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Passionate about providing person-centred, high-quality care
