Location: King's Lynn, Norfolk
Salary: £42,624 - £45,793 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Maximum Salary: £49,566 (performance related)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a Solo/Dual children's home in King's Lynn, Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will:
Join an experienced Care Management Team and lead a committed staff team focused on nurturing each child's potential.
Lead and develop your team using a trauma-informed, child-centred model of care that underpins everything the organisation does.
Support young people's emotional, physical, educational and social wellbeing so they can thrive.
