Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Registered Valuation Surveyor located in Belfast. The role involves conducting Residential and Commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes, including Homebuyers, mortgages, and Pension Schemes. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed valuation reports, liaising with clients and stakeholders, adhering to industry regulations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal requirements.
