About us
Located in the busy Century Retail Park within the Pets at Home store, we offer a fantastic working environment, state-of-the-art equipment and ample on-site parking. We're just 30 minutes from Central London by train, giving you easy access to the museums, theatres and restaurants the capital has to offer.

You'll be joining a supportive team of 2 vets, 1 practice manager, a part-time head nurse, 2 VCAs and 2 receptionists.

This is a role where you can truly utilise your nursing skills to their full potential - admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, managing recoveries and discharging patients. Our VCAs provide support with theatre turnaround and patient preparation, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent clinical care.

About you
To apply, you'll have strong general nursing experience and excellent customer service skills. You'll be confident working both independently and as part of a team, and bring a cheerful, down-to-earth and enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for animal welfare. Ideally, you'll have 2-3+ years' experience.

There is also the opportunity to run nurse clinics and further develop your clinical interests.
Nurses are at the heart of our practice and play an integral role in patient care. You'll have strong communication and organisational skills, take pride in maintaining high standards, and embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Nurse role - delivering outstanding care to both patients and clients.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
