About the Role A fast-growing challenger bank is seeking a skilled Regulatory Reporting Manager to join the Finance team. This is a high-impact role helping to shape and strengthen the bank’s regulatory reporting function during a key period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate, timely regulatory returns across the full suite of COREP returns (Capital, Liquidity, BofE) Enhance governance frameworks and internal controls across the regulatory reporting process. Support on process automation, Excel-based reporting to scalable, automated solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting. Contribute to the development of a long-term regulatory reporting strategy

What We’re Looking For Proven experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector Deep understanding of Regulatory Returns within the Retail Banking Sphere (Capital Adequacy, LCR, NSFR etc) Hands-on experience transforming manual processes into automated reporting systems. Collabor...
