Reinsurance Technician / Excel / Bordereaux / InsuranceNew permanent Reinsurance Technician opportunity working with a leading London Market insurerHybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office)Salary up to £75k + bonus & fantastic benefits packageKEY SKILLSExperience in reinsurance credit control and recoveries.Knowledge of Lloyds reinsurance processes and reportingStrong attention to detail, sstakeholder management and analytical skills.THE ROLEYou will manage Reinsurance debt positions ensuring timely settlement of premiums & recoveries are compeled as required. You will manage reinsurance debtor and creditor balances to minimise aged debt, issue collection notes, statements, and supporting documentation to brokers and reinsurers, process LORS and direct settlements, including non-cash items. You will work alongside the finance, operations and internal stakeholders building strong relationships.THE CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have a strong background working within the insurance sector with demonstratable experience in reinsurance credit control. You will have some exposure to reinsurance systems (e.g. XLRAS / Cenata Sure / LORS), be very detailed in your approach to your work, experienced inproducing bordereaux and reconciling reinsurance balances / aged debt. You will a working knowledge of reinsurance classes including XoL, proportional & facultive with a confident manner with the ability to communicate with brokers, reinsurers well.THE CLIENTLondon Market insurerJBRP1_UKTJ
