Relationship Manager – Property Finance (Development & Bridging)

About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join a specialist boutique advisory firm focused on development finance and bridging. The role centres on originating and managing client relationships across the UK property finance market, working with developers, investors, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and manage property finance opportunities (development & bridging)
• Build relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and lenders
• Structure finance solutions and support deal execution through to completion
• Prepare credit submissions and client proposals
• Monitor market activity and identify new business opportunities
• Represent the firm at industry and networking events

Requirements

• 4–7 years’ experience in property finance, real estate lending, or development finance
• Strong understanding of UK property development and lending structures
• Proven ability to originate deals or manage client relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Existing network in property finance (preferred)
