The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Reliability Engineer to join a fast-moving production environment. You’ll focus on reducing downtime, improving equipment performance, and driving long-term improvements in asset reliability. If you enjoy getting to the root of technical problems and making a real impact on operational efficiency, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate recurring issues and lead root cause analysis
* Develop and refine preventative maintenance strategies
* Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment uptime
* Lead small-scale improvement initiatives to enhance performance
* Support planning and coordination of maintenance schedules
* Monitor performance data and provide insight to support decision-making
Key Skills Required:
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge
* Experience in a manufacturing or production setting
* Skilled in fault-finding and problem-solving techniques
* Familiarity with maintenance systems or CMMS tools
* Ability to read technical documentation and schematics
* A continuous improvement mindset and hands-on approach
* Level 3 NVQ or ONC (Essential)
