We are currently recruiting for a Reliability Engineer for a market leading manufacturing business based in PrestonThis is a permanent role that has been created due to continued expansion and business growth. The Business have also recently invested in new systems and processes for the site to improve and develop the maintenance processes within the team.The role will be responsible for improving the reliability, availability, and performance of critical site assets on site. The role exists toeliminaterepeat failures, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on all key site assets and support systems. This is asystem-improvement role, not a reactive maintenance position. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background working within an FMCG / Industrial maintenance based role within a manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of electrical /mechanical systems is a must.
