We are seeking an experienced Relief Chef de Partie to join a passionate Brigade at an esteemed AA Rosette Restaurant. This role is perfect for a Chef who thrives in delivering high-quality food and maintaining impeccable standards across the kitchen.

Relief Chef de Partie Ideal Profile: Experienced in AA Rosette or Michelin Star kitchens Broad culinary knowledge with a passion for food and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve Proficient in IT and relevant software systems, with excellent organizational and administrative skills Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating staff and managing a diverse team Flexible attitude to working hours and adaptable to changing schedules

Relief Chef de Partie Responsibilities: Rotate through different kitchen sections including preparation and service Support stock control and maintain kitchen cleanliness Assist in menu input and development Work with produce from the kitchen garden Maintain high food quality and presentation standards Contribute to a supportive and professional kitchen team atmosphere
