School Relief Chef Manager NEEDED- MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS NEEDED Berkeley Scott, the country's leading hospitality agency are looking for a Relief Chef Manager to work with one of our clients within our Education. We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who juggle working across multiple sites while managing small and large teams within school environments. Term time hours will be 9am-2pm, Monday to Friday. Rate is £15 per hour equating to an annual salary of £14,625. You will be responsible for: Supporting as Chef Manager across multiple sites Managing teams including supporting with HR matters, rotas and training Cooking and preparing nutritious meals en masse Creating menus within regulations and being hyper aware of allergens Liaising with school staff Monitoring and being responsible for budgets Managing and ordering stock Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in timely and acceptable manner You Will need: Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce) RTW in UK 2x Employment References 2 years' minimum work experience in similar environment as a Senior Chef Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 3 Food Safety Certificate) Excellent time keeping skills Benefits Free meals when on site Uniform provided Pension If you are interested in working with us apply today so we can get you out to work as soon as possible!
