Relief General Assistant Ideal Profile:
Previous experience within hospitality or customer facing roles

Confident supporting both front of house and back of house teams

Friendly, approachable and professional in manner

Flexible and adaptable to different tasks and shift patterns

Strong team player with a proactive attitude

Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Relief General Assistant Responsibilities:
Supporting service across food and beverage areas as required

Assisting with room preparation and general housekeeping duties

Providing excellent customer service to all guests

Helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the venue

Working closely with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Stepping in where needed to support busy service periods
