Relief Store Manager – Berkshire & Surrey
Salary: £30,969 per annum + bonus + benefits

Location: Advertised centrally; this role covers stores across Basingstoke, Reading, High Wycombe and Kingston upon Thames.

Please note: A full UK driving licence is required, as this role involves regular travel between stores.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of multiple stores

  • Leading, coaching and motivating teams to deliver strong performance

  • Delivering an excellent customer experience at all times

  • Overseeing stock control, merchandising and store standards

  • Driving sales, profitability and overall store performance

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A passion for retail and customer service

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in retail

  • A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt across different stores
