Remortgage Conveyancer – Leeds

The Role: Remortgage Conveyancer

You will manage a high-volume caseload of complex remortgage transactions, from instruction through to completion, covering:

• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownership matters
• Defective title issues
• Deeds of postponement
• Estate rent charges
• Complex restrictions

Handling around 150 new remortgage instructions monthly, you'll be supported by an advanced case management system. The role involves regular client, borrower, lender and third-party contact to ensure smooth and efficient transaction progression. Sharing your technical expertise and contributing positively to team culture is encouraged.

Key Requirements

• Proven remortgage or residential conveyancing experience
• Technical knowledge of shared ownership, transfers of equity, deeds of postponement, defective title, or similar areas
• Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, detail-focused and able to perform well under pressure
