Position: Aftercare Co-Ordinator Location: Remote Contract Type: Temporary Hourly Rate: £14.15 Start Date: August 26, 2025 Contract Length: 9 weeks (with the potential for extension) Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Friday (7.5 hours between 8am -5:30pm)

Key accountabilities:

Deliver targets within specified time frames by each business sector Ensure daily statistics are updated Always demonstrate excellent customer service Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and workers Share knowledge and best practice Ensure SLAs are met e.g., responses within 24 hours, same day cover 15 mins, 1 hour on chats in teams, 24 hours for SNOW ticketsOperational & Workforce Support

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for contingent staff, including contract type and end date, payroll records, bank information, annual leave, and expenses Coordinate the completion of health questionnaires and arrange occupational health appointments or risk assessments where required Monitor mandatory learning completion and escalate non-compliance Manage sickness absence processes including scheduling welfare calls, conducting return-to-work meetings, and updating tra...
