Role Summary:

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files within a structured and well-supported team. The role offers strong progression opportunities, exposure to high volumes of work, and the chance to develop within a forward-thinking firm that invests heavily in systems, training, and people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files: developing autonomy and technical expertise

• Handle transactions from instruction through to completion: gaining full lifecycle exposure

• Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties: strengthening communication and relationship skills

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes: maintaining high-quality standards

• Update case management systems accurately: supporting efficiency and workflow

Requirements:

• Experience handling residential conveyancing files

• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
