The Role:Conveyancing Fee Earner:

Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
Handling an average of 25 new files per month with support from a dedicated paralegal, or 18 files per month when working independently
Working closely with the firms specialist onboarding and post-completion teams to ensure a smooth, efficient process
Delivering excellent service to a loyal client base and trusted network of referrers
Ensuring all transactions are handled with precision, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Demonstrating the ability to work independently and remotely, managing your workload without direct supervision
