Work 100% remotely Salary up to £47,000 + annual bonus Advise on catastrophic injury cases valued over £100k No need for business development or marketing Progression opportunities

What will you do?

Run your own caseload of claimant Catastrophic Injury PI claims - under supervision Take initial instructions Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary Liaise with experts, counsel & clients Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc Instruct and brief counsel Diarise & comply with court timetables

What will you need?

To alreadybe a Grade A Fee Earner (Or very close to becoming grade A) 5+ years PQE experience Ideally to have handledMulti-Trackpersonal injury cases EL/PL experience Catastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essential To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal
