The Opportunity
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a top-tier, highly regarded law firm in the North West, offering fully remote working.
This is an excellent role for a driven solicitor looking to work on high-quality, complex property disputes while benefiting from genuine flexibility and a supportive, forward-thinking team.
You will join a well-established and growing litigation department, working alongside recognised specialists on a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of property litigation matters, with exposure to high-value and complex work, including:
- Residential and commercial landlord & tenant disputes
- Possession proceedings and forfeiture actions
- Breach of covenant disputes
- Dilapidations claims and lease renewals
- Boundary disputes, easements and rights of way issues
- Adverse possession and title disputes
- Property-related professional negligence matters
- Supporting senior solicitors on more complex, high-value cases
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in business development and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 2+ PQE, although all levels will be considered)
- Strong experience in property litigation, handling your own caseload
- Experience across both residential and/or commercial property disputes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
