Locations Available: London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Reading, Guildford, West Midlands, Greater Manchester

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience, location & Company)

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (Hybrid/Remote)


Overview

We are currently supporting the growth of a some of the leading complex care providers across the UK, with opportunities available for experienced Nurses across multiple regions.


These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to move away from traditional shift patterns into a more autonomous, community-based position, while still delivering high-quality clinical care and oversight.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage packages of care for clients with complex clinical needs in the community
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to care teams, ensuring safe and effective care delivery
  • Undertake assessments, care planning, and regular clinical reviews
  • Support with tracheostomy and ventilated patient care within community settings
  • Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage your own diary effectively, balancing client visits and remote working


Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Experience with tracheostomy care
  • Experience managing ventilated patients
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while remaining part of a wider clinical team
