Low Carbon Recruitment Ltd are working with a renewable energy company who are seeking an experienced Renewables Administrator to join their growing team. They are an MCS Certified partner in the heat pump, underfloor heating and solar industry and have been established since May 2023
This role will be a busy and varied position based at their offices in Bury St Edmunds with the option to work from home.
The Role:
As a Renewables Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) division.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Material Ordering: Managing stock levels and ordering materials for ASHP installations.
* Customer Communication: Liaising with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on installation progress.
* Site Coordination: Communicating with engineers and contractors on-site to ensure smooth project execution.
* Survey Checking: Reviewing completed surveys for accuracy and completeness.
* Administrative Support: Assisting with general admin tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and record maintenance.
* Scheduling: Coordinating appointments, site visits, and installation timelines.
Requirements
* Experience or familiarity with Air Source Heat Pumps
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills for managing customer relationships and internal coordination.
* A proactive, solution-focused attitude with a can-do approach.
* Customer service experience and professional demeanour when interacting with clients.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commutable distance from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (for office-based work).
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary of £27K - £35K per year (D.O.E)
* Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
