Role: Renewals Consultant Location: Bedford Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5pm. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + bonus.

We are now looking for people with great customer service or account management skills to join the business as Renewals consultants.

Speaking with existing customers about their policies that are coming up for renewal to build rapport with the view to renew their policy for the coming year
